Job Description:

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Human Resource Manager:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full spectrum of human resource functions, including business partnering and facilities management activities.
  • Manage HR operations for both local and regional offices, ensuring alignment with organisational policies and employment regulations.
  • Lead talent acquisition activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and compensation proposals for local and overseas hires.
  • Conduct and manage annual performance appraisal and salary review exercises.
  • Support succession planning initiatives and provide recommendations on talent development strategies.
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement employee training and development programmes.
  • Ensure timely execution of key HR processes, including confirmations, contract renewals, and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Review and update HR policies and practices to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct employee engagement initiatives and manage employee feedback or opinion surveys.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including grievance handling and disciplinary processes where required.
  • Participate in regional or global corporate initiatives and projects.
  • Manage staff claims and HR administration through HR systems and related platforms.
  • Support compliance-related functions, including workplace safety, environmental, and corporate governance initiatives.
  • Oversee facilities management matters, including contract renewals and coordination of facility-related issues.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant experience in full-spectrum HR management, preferably with regional exposure.
  • Good knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Experience in performance management, talent development, and employee relations.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Additional Information:

  • Salary: Up to SGD 7,000 +AWS +VB (2 Months)
  • Working Location: Bedok
  • Working Hours: 5 Days Work, 9am - 5pm
