Human Resource Manager
Job Description:
Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Human Resource Manager:
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full spectrum of human resource functions, including business partnering and facilities management activities.
- Manage HR operations for both local and regional offices, ensuring alignment with organisational policies and employment regulations.
- Lead talent acquisition activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and compensation proposals for local and overseas hires.
- Conduct and manage annual performance appraisal and salary review exercises.
- Support succession planning initiatives and provide recommendations on talent development strategies.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement employee training and development programmes.
- Ensure timely execution of key HR processes, including confirmations, contract renewals, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Review and update HR policies and practices to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct employee engagement initiatives and manage employee feedback or opinion surveys.
- Handle employee relations matters, including grievance handling and disciplinary processes where required.
- Participate in regional or global corporate initiatives and projects.
- Manage staff claims and HR administration through HR systems and related platforms.
- Support compliance-related functions, including workplace safety, environmental, and corporate governance initiatives.
- Oversee facilities management matters, including contract renewals and coordination of facility-related issues.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in full-spectrum HR management, preferably with regional exposure.
- Good knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Experience in performance management, talent development, and employee relations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 7,000 +AWS +VB (2 Months)
- Working Location: Bedok
- Working Hours: 5 Days Work, 9am - 5pm
